Thanks for hooking me up with your move team.  Julian was exactly on-time, provided updates early in the day, knew where he was going and moved the printer with ease.  All in, it took about 30 minutes to move that big printer to a new locations in a different city.  In short, those guys were pros.

I came in Sunday afternoon to catch up on some work – noticed our E6520 copier was down and had a very serious sounding noise.  I started to panic due to our huge bid on Tuesday- knowing too I would have a full house of McCarthy folks this morning, plus all the incoming faxes that would not get through.  I hated to call Steve Ford on a Sunday but I did, he was at the airport but promised to contact Mark Rowley right after we hung up.  I emailed Kevin Toon and Nate Crawford too that afternoon hoping my cry for help would be heard – and it was! When I arrived to work this morning about 7:45 a.m. the copier was all fixed and everyone was happy! Thank you again for having great players on your team.

Good Afternoon, I just thought I'd share my experience from getting my printer delivered today. Julian Toscano and Joshua Del Real came in at about 12:30PM. They let me know they were delivering my new printer. They asked where I wanted it and then disappeared to get the device. They came back in a couple of minutes and within seconds had the printer positioned, unwrapped and up and running. They were happy to show me the basic functions of the printer and set up a scan shortcut on my desktop - and they were sure to test it to make sure everything was in working order. I feel like they went out of their way to ensure my satisfaction. I never would have expected this delivery and set up process to go so smoothly. I want to recognize these two guys for their professionalism, efficiency, and delivery of superior customer service. Thanks for sending such a great team to my office.

The Fresno Deputy Sheriff’s Association has been a customer of ZOOM’s for several years.  During those years, it has been necessary to call for service; yesterday was one of those times.
When I arrived at 7:35 this morning (5 minutes late!), I found David Chavez waiting at the front door.  He was anxious to get our copier up and running again so that we could proceed with business today.
Dave took the time to explain the problem so that, hopefully, we will be able to troubleshoot the problem ourselves in the future.  Dave’s experience was very obvious; it was unnecessary for him to refer to a manual as so many other techs have done.  With his outgoing personality, Dave is an excellent representative of ZOOM Imaging Solutions.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for your great support.  Thanks for helping to get this deal done with the Lexmark, and thanks for hooking me up with Eric Olson, who is one of the most knowledgeable and customer-oriented techs that I have worked with.  I’ve now had extensive experience with Gestetner/Ricoh and Xerox.  My company is striving to migrate to the electronic document.  The functionalities we most depend upon are FAXing, Network Printing, Copying, Scaning (to email and to Windows shares).  The Toshiba performs admirably in all respects.
Out of the box, the Toshiba functionally is intuitive and easily extensible for both users and network administrators.  One problem that I’ve had with non-Toshiba devices is that I can’t get to all of the administrative functionality from the web page.  Some functions must be performed from the panel.  This is not the case with the Toshiba, which makes all of the functionality easily accessible from its administrative webpage.  I am very happy with the service I’ve gotten from Zoom Imaging. Thank you very much for helping us move our copiers all over Fresno County last week. Please pass on an encouragement for Marty, the driver that helped me that day.
Marty had been dispatched to four of our locations. I met him in northwest Fresno about noon to pick up two of our old copiers. I appreciated the fact that he refused to leave with the copiers until he made sure that the they actually worked. He tested them successfully and loaded them on his truck. He had planned to go from there to Pinedale to drop the first one off. Since I didn't have the key to the Pinedale office yet, I asked him if he could go to Sanger first. He happily obliged.
I then met him in Sanger where he dropped off a copier. The power was out at the time, but he plugged it in and it worked perfectly when power was restored. He then went to Reedley to deliver another copier while I went back to Fresno for the key to the Pinedale office. He then met me in Pinedale to complete his mission.
Throughout the afternoon Marty was very flexible with his schedule and extremely cooperative. He could have rigidly stuck to his original plan, but in a true attitude of customer service, he accommodated us at every-turn. Please thank him for me and pass on this note to his supervisors.
